I’ve been working since about the time I could reach up to the handles on the push-mower, and through dedication and luck I’ve been able to retire early.

My first career was as a product photographer, but I also did landscapes and the occasional wedding as a favor. I left that after a few years and spent a couple decades in high tech, where I was eventually a keyboard-for-hire co-parenting amazing daughters. When the tech industry tanked in early 2000’s I transitioned to healthcare and got my nursing license, where I spent the following years doing stepdown ICU, home health, urgent care, hospital administration, and primary care.

My retirement plan is to live the dream and do all the things people talk about but don’t get around to doing. I’m going to share images, stories, and thoughts along the way, with no planned final destination.

Please return as often as you like. Shoot me an email if you have any questions or suggestions on places to go or investigate.
